Job Title: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition Duration: 3 Months Stipend: Rs. 10,000/month (Performance Based) Location: Logix Technova, Sector-132, Noida About The Role We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in hiring, candidate management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Conduct initial HR screening calls

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status

Post job openings on various platforms

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process





Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

Basic understanding of recruitment processes

Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) is a plus

Good organizational and multitasking skills
