Job Title: HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Tilak Nagar. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and aspiring HR professionals to gain practical experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals and social media
- Screen and shortlist resumes
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Assist with onboarding documentation
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities

Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)




- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
