About the Internship

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, administration, and workplace coordination.

You will work closely with the HR team and gain practical experience in managing day-to-day HR activities in a growing HealthTech startup.

What You’ll Work

OnWeek 1–2 | HR Operations Basics

- Understand HR processes, policies, and documentation
- Support employee data management and record maintenance
- Assist in maintaining HR trackers and reports
- Learn onboarding and offboarding workflows

Week 3–4 | Recruitment & Talent Support

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Draft job descriptions and post job openings
- Support candidate communication and follow-ups

Week 5–6 | Employee Engagement & HR Coordination

- Support onboarding activities and documentation
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events
- Help prepare internal communications and HR announcements
- Coordinate with teams for HR-related requests

Week 7–8 | Admin & Workplace Management





- Support office administration and vendor coordination
- Track attendance and leave records
- Assist with compliance-related tasks
- Maintain HR and admin trackers and inventory records
- Present a final HR/process improvement project

Eligibility

- Students or fresh graduates from HR, Business, Management, or related fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work from our office in Taramani, Chennai
