Qualifications:

- Postgraduate qualifications in HRM.

- Experience :

Minimum of 5 years in managerial / team-leading capacity and the latest 3 years in a similar capacity.

Recruitment & selection :

- Performance management.

- Learning & development.

- Succession planning.

- Human Resources Information Systems.

- HR data and analytics.

1. Conducting interviews with job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates.

2. Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Coordinating with HR consultants. Guiding them about the requirements and setting targets for closures.

4. Modifying current recruiting procedures or developing recent procedures as needed.

5. Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.

6. Supervising and providing overall guidance for recruitment.

7.



Evaluating the performance of the recruitment done.

8. Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.

9. Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising options.

10. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

11. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Note:

The Candidate needs to travel extensively to PAN INDIA for the recruitment process.

- He/ She should enquire on a random basis regarding the employees at various Places (attendance, timings, attitude, attire...etc. )

- He /She should be coordinating with ZH/RH for smooth functioning.

- He /She should be able to implement the HR policies of the company.
