What will you get to work on?

As a core member of the HR team at Osfin.ai, you will:

Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closures — across technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.
- Own and optimise sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies) to build strong talent pipelines.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire).
- Drive a strong candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

HR Operations
- Own the employee onboarding and induction process end-to-end.
- Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and documentation in line with evolving business needs.
- Manage statutory compliance requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity,



labour law filings, and related audits).
- Administer HR systems and employee records with a solid focus on data accuracy.
- Support IT asset management processes tied to employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Coordinate vendor evaluations and manage HR-related vendor relationships.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR operational issues.
- Support performance management cycles, HR audits, and other people processes as needed.

What do we expect from you? The HR Generalist role is critical to our success, and we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Experience – 3-6 years in HR, with demonstrated strength in both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations (Must Have)
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment independently.
- Solid working knowledge of statutory compliance and HR documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable working directly with hiring managers and leadership.
- High attention to detail and process discipline.
- Ability to multitask across hiring and operations without dropping either.
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS/startup environment (preferred).
- Proficiency with HRIS/ATS tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
