About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our Eco Resort team in Rupnagar, Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and employee engagement while supporting the overall people strategy of the resort.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, onboarding, and induction.
- Hire for operational and support functions such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, Recreation, Finance, Sales, and Administration.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads to ensure timely hiring and optimum staffing levels.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance, leave records, and all HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour, and other applicable regulations.
- Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, counselling employees, and promoting a positive work setting.
- Organize employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, recognition programs, and cultural events.




- Support the performance management process, including probation reviews, goal setting, and performance discussions.
- Coordinate induction, orientation, and training programs for new and existing employees.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, headcount reports, and other HR MIS.
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Work closely with department heads to strengthen employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, resort, or tourism industry.
- Strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Preferred
- Experience in hotels, resorts, luxury camps, or pre-opening hospitality projects will be an added advantage.
- Punjabi-speaking candidates will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
