We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Generalist with 1–2 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR activities.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Support performance appraisal and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
- Handle employee exit formalities and HR reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR.
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR Generalist/HR Executive role.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and payroll coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
