Experienc e7–12 year s of ERP / CRM experience with strong end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 Project Operations and HR/HCM implementatio n exposure, including solution leadership, integration design, and stakeholder management

.Role Summar yWe are looking for a Lead D365 Project Operations & HR Functional Consultan t who can design, configure, and implement solutions across the project lifecycle and employee lifecycl e. The role involves bridging business requirements with D365 system functionality, driving fit‑gap analysi s, enabling project financials and resource managemen t, and ensuring seamless integration with Finance & Operations (F&O; ). The consultant will work closely with PMOs, HR leaders, finance stakeholders, and delivery team s to deliver scalable, governed solutions
