Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Esplanade, Bhubaneswar

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Assist in statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, and labour law requirements.
- Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
- Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and employee databases.




- Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and HR-related requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, PF, ESIC, and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
