We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions. The candidate should also have a basic understanding of sales, as the role involves convincing candidates, handling client requirements, and achieving recruitment targets.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Understand client hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates and clients.
- Use sales techniques to attract, engage, and convert candidates.
- Explain job roles, salary, benefits, and company policies effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
