Experience: 1.5 to 3 Years Job Overview Exiito Beverages is looking for an energetic and process-driven HR Executive to join our team in Surat. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in talent acquisition (80% focus) and can seamlessly manage daily HR admin & operations (20% focus). You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent across both manufacturing plant operations and corporate functions.

Roles & Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition (80%)

- Active Sourcing:

Utilize portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, WorkIndia, Indeed, and local channels to source candidate profiles.

- Dual-Tier Hiring:

Drive end-to-end recruitment for both manufacturing plant/technical staff and corporate office positions.

- Screening & Assessment:

Conduct thorough resume screening and initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, culture fit, and stability.

- Interview & Negotiation:

Schedule department-level interviews, handle salary negotiations, and manage offer letter rollouts.

- Onboarding & Induction:

Collect/verify candidate documentation and conduct formal HR induction and orientation calls.

- HR Operations & Administration (20%)

Maintain clean recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines in MS Excel.





Support day-to-day HR administrative workflows, attendance/leave records, and employee master files.

Coordinate basic HR policy compliance and address routine employee queries.

Skills & Education Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, BBA, B.Com, or related field.

Experience: 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience.

Portal Expertise: Practical hands-on experience sourcing on LinkedIn, Naukri, WorkIndia, and Indeed.

Negotiation Skills: Strong salary negotiation and candidate engagement capabilities to reduce drop-outs.

Languages: Fluent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (essential for shop-floor and corporate coordination).

Excel Proficiency: Good command over MS Excel for data tracking and reporting. Good to Have MBA in HR or Master of Social Work (MSW).

Prior hiring experience in FMCG, Beverage, or Manufacturing plant setups in Gujarat.

Basic understanding of local factory workforce dynamics and labor laws.
