Position: HR Executive (HR Operations)

Location: 309, 3rd Floor, Pinnacle Tower, 42/6, Sushil Marg, Block A, Industrial Area, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201309

Shift: 06:30 PM IST – 03:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.

Manage HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave management, and statutory documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate HR documentation.

Coordinate with branch teams and internal stakeholders for smooth operational activities.

Prepare HR reports and maintain HR data using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.





Support recruitment activities whenever required (90% HR Operations | 10% Recruitment).

We're Looking For

6 months to 2 years of HR experience in the Staffing and IT Services industry.

Strong knowledge of HR Operations, onboarding, compliance, attendance, and documentation.

Excellent command of MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Office.

Smart, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling HR operations independently.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing workplace.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
