Luxus Green Mobility (LX Green) is an ISO-certified electric three-wheeler manufacturer producing 1,000+ units a month, with plants in Bilaspur and Faridabad and a growing dealer network across North and Central India. We're building India's most trusted, system-driven EV brand and we're looking for an HR professional to help us scale the team behind it.

Role Summary

We're hiring an HR generalist to own the full HR function across our manufacturing units and dealer network from hiring technical and non-technical talent to payroll, compliance, and building the policies that keep a fast-growing company running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and manage talent acquisition for both technical roles (Service Incharge, technicians, plant staff) and non-technical roles (sales, back office, administration)

Manage employee relations and handle conflict resolution across the workforce

Administer payroll, employee benefits, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, TDS)

Implement and run performance management and training/induction programs

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures

Requirements





2–5 years of hands-on HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing, automobile, or a multi-location setup

Working knowledge of Indian statutory compliance — PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, TDS

Experience running end-to-end recruitment across diverse role types

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; local dialect fluency is a plus for dealer-network hiring

Ability to work in a field-heavy, rapid-paced environment — this is not a pure corporate HR desk role

Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
