About the Role

Nexgen360Digital is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our on-site team in Egmore, Chennai. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and building a positive workplace culture while supporting the company's day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Support employee engagement activities and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment records.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or Recruiter is preferred (Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply).
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
