. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for all manufacturing roles, including production staff, supervisors, and administrative Blue Caller positions hiring.

Support workforce planning strategies based on production needs.

Coordinate and conduct interviews, background checks, and on boarding processes for recent hires.

Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are aligned with role requirements. HR Administration:

· Ensure the attendance management system is properly updated with current employee data, including shifts, work schedules, overtime and attendance policies.

· regularly audit the system for discrepancies or errors and ensure they are resolved promptly.

Compensation & Benefits:

Grievance Handling: Serve as the first point of contact for employee complaints,



ensuring issues are addressed in a fair and timely manner.

Investigation & Resolution: Investigate grievances, mediate conflicts, and work with managers to resolve disputes.

Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees during the grievance process. Requirements
