It is ideal for someone looking for more than a traditional recruitment position. As one of our early team members, you'll have the prospect to build, learn, and contribute across different areas of HR. From helping shape processes to supporting HR consulting projects, you'll gain broad exposure, meaningful ownership, and the flexibility to make a real impact on how we grow as an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the execution of recruitment projects - from sourcing to successful closures
- Support the execution of consulting projects across different aspects of HR
- Conduct research and prepare documentation, reports, and other materials for client engagement
- Build and maintain internal templates, resources, and knowledge repositories




- Improve processes and ways of working through the effective use of tools and technology
- Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and other business growth activities
- Drive the firm's brand-building efforts through select content creation and marketing activities that support business growth

The Right Candidate:

- 1 - 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong commitment to quality, attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Enjoys using technology and embraces current tools and platforms
- Adaptable, with a learning mindset and a genuine enthusiasm to build something meaningful
