Role Overview:

We're looking for an HR Fresher to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their HR career to gain hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Support the onboarding process for new hires — documentation, orientation, and induction
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Support payroll and attendance tracking coordination
- Help draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents




- Address basic employee queries and escalate as needed
- Assist with HR compliance and policy documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup setting

Good to Have:

- Internship experience in HR/recruitment
- Familiarity with HRMS tools
- Basic understanding of labour laws and HR compliance

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
