Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.

Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities. Assist in organizing employee engagement and training initiatives. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support.

Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
