· Help the region in creating an environment of trust and to satisfactorily & speedily resolve any ER/IR issues in the region. · Report to the Manager HR of the LOB.

Roles and Responsibilities · HR Operations · On-boarding activities for all new joiners · Handle induction process for all current joiners blue collared and white collared · Handle exit formalities and conduct exit interview · Personnel file management · Manage and monitor the attendance recording system · Accountable for payroll inputs for all on-roll employees for the Dept he/she is responsible for.
