Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HR MIS.
- Support attendance, leave management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Coordinate training programs and assist in performance management activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Work closely with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Support employee grievance handling and day-to-day HR administration.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in manufacturing/plant HR will be preferred.
- Knowledge of HRMS (Spine HR preferred).
- Positive communication, interpersonal, organizational, and MS Office skills.
