Tasks

- 1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media platforms,

networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.

- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring a positive and skilled experience for all applicants.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, establish job requirements, and develop job descriptions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers,

and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system

(ATS)



and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the healthcare or biotechnology industry.

- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable to the biotech and hospital sectors.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage employee relations and collaborate with departmental heads.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with an ability to handle HR data and generate reports.
