Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor role at AIG Hospitals is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Housekeeping

Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all patient rooms, clinical areas, public spaces, and support areas are cleaned and maintained to hospital standards. The role includes assigning tasks to housekeeping staff, monitoring work quality, and enforcing hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols. The supervisor coordinates laundry services, manages linen inventory, and addresses housekeeping-related requests from clinical teams and patients.

This position also involves training and guiding staff, resolving service concerns, maintaining records, and collaborating with other departments to support a clean, safe,



and comfortable environment.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead, train, schedule, and motivate housekeeping staff and ensure adherence to hospital procedures.

Candidates should possess solid Housekeeping experience, with knowledge of cleaning methods, hospital hygiene standards, and infection control practices.

Candidates should possess Laundry-related skills, including managing linen cycles, coordinating washing and distribution, and maintaining quality and hygiene of fabrics.

Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with patients, visitors, and hospital staff and respond effectively to service requests.

Candidates should ideally have prior experience in healthcare or hospitality environments and familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance processes.

Candidates should demonstrate basic computer literacy for maintaining logs, reports, and schedules and strong organizational and time-management abilities.

A relevant diploma or certification in housekeeping, hotel management, or facility services is preferred; prior experience in a supervisory housekeeping role is highly beneficial.
