The Project Manager will lead and manage the end-to-end preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for large-scale infrastructure and civil engineering projects. This role requires technical oversight, compliance management, and seamless coordination between government bodies, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, viable engineering blueprints within project timelines.

Role & responsibilities

Project Leadership & DPR Management

- Lead and manage the comprehensive preparation, compilation, and submission of Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for civil and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable central/state government guidelines, technical mandates, and international engineering standards.
- Guide and mentor the engineering and planning teams involved in data collection, drafting, and technical writing for the DPRs.

Technical Review & Quality Assurance

- Critically review technical reports, topographic surveys, geotechnical investigations, and feasibility studies.
- Oversee and validate structural designs, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), rate analysis,



and detailed cost estimates to ensure accuracy and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and enforce strict quality control protocols across all project stages.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Act as the primary liaison between clients, government departments, external consultants, and internal project execution teams.
- Facilitate necessary approvals, clearances, and technical sanctions from relevant government authorities.
- Conduct regular progress review meetings to resolve bottlenecks, align expectations, and ensure seamless information flow.

Preferred candidate profile

- Undergraduate (UG): B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (Required)
- Postgraduate (PG): M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Required; Specialisation in Structural, Transportation, Geotechnical, or Construction Management preferred)
- Experience: Extensive experience in infrastructure planning, engineering design, and leading DPR formulations from inception to approval.
