What would you do
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
Order to Cash is the complete process from receiving a customer order to collecting payment. It includes order management, credit management, invoicing, and payment processing. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate handling of orders and timely collection of revenue. This process helps improve cash flow and customer satisfaction. Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance of unified data, enable rich product content management and print publishing as well as to synchronize global data ensuring consistency and control of master data elements.

What are we looking for
Education- BCOM/MCOM or Commerce / Finance graduate
ERP / any certification required- SAP / SD / SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce,



ServiceNow
Commerce graduate with 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash process
Knowledge of customer billing, invoice distribution, A/R ledger maintenance and cash application
Knowledge of collections, dispute management, customer master data and customer account reconciliations
Query handling, ageing analysis and reporting skills
Good Excel skills and effective communication
Positive attitude and readiness to learn

Strong Accounts Receivable / OTC process knowledge
ERP exposure: SAP / SD / SAP S/4HANA
Salesforce / ServiceNow exposure
Month-end close and reporting exposure

- In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines

- Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor

- You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on recent assignments
