We are seeking a skilled Flutter Architect with expertise in Flutter and proven experience leading teams. As part of our innovative team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces for our AI coaching platform. You will also be responsible for guiding and leading the frontend team, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices are followed from the outset.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership from the start, mentor junior developers, and drive architectural decisions for the frontend team.

Lead the development and maintenance of responsive and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and optimal performance.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and design mockups into polished and engaging user interfaces, incorporating animations, transitions, and interactive elements to enhance user experience.

Implement paywall functionality, including subscription management, access control, reporting/analytics, and seamless integration with payment gateways to ensure secure and user-friendly monetization and retention experiences.

Optimize frontend code for performance, scalability, and maintainability, leveraging best practices and design patterns to ensure code quality and reusability across projects.

Conduct thorough testing of frontend components and features, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests, to identify and resolve bugs and ensure software reliability.

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in frontend development, actively contributing to the evolution of our technology stack and development practices.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects,



backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to plan and prioritize features, sprint goals, and deliverables in an Agile development environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in cross platform development using Flutter, with demonstrable experience building and shipping production-quality applications across mobile and web.

Experience with Flutter Web, including building responsive web applications, optimizing for performance across browsers, and integrating with modern web ecosystems.

Experience deploying apps and familiarity with responsive design principles.

Experience integrating payment processing functionality into web applications, using payment gateways such as Stripe or other third-party providers.

Familiarity with state management libraries/frameworks such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc to manage application state and data flow.

Solid understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design principles.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), code review processes, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment.

Proven experience leading frontend development teams, mentoring junior developers, and driving technical decisions.
