We are looking for enthusiastic US IT / Non-IT Recruiters to join our US Staffing team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for IT and Non-IT requirements across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and close candidates for open positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.

Requirements





- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of US Staffing, W2, C2C, 1099, and US work authorizations is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in US shift timings.
