Eligibility

- Undergraduate or Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience (Any Industry/BPO/Customer Service)
- Bangalore-based candidates are preferred
- Immediate Joiners Only

- Excellent spoken English with a explicit, neutral accent
- Strong verbal communication, pronunciation, and active listening skills
- Ability to confidently interact with international customers
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts





This is a customer-facing international role. Candidates should have fluent English communication with minimal to no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI). A communication assessment will be conducted during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer interactions professionally and confidently
- Resolve customer queries with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining service quality
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams whenever required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
