Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Business Development Associate at Runtime HRMS. The Associate will be responsible for conducting produce demos, connecting with new clients to understand their needs and offering solutions within Runtime HRMS, making sure new customer onboarding is smooth and ensuring sales closure within stipulated time.

Qualifications

- Strong command over English language
- Excellent communication skills,



both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven track record in customer onboarding and product demos
- Experience in market research and analysis

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:

- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or sales
- Experience in the software as a service (SaaS) industry
- Knowledge of human resource management and payroll processing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
