Job Summary

We are looking for an OD & Talent Development Manager to drive Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Performance Management initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in competency mapping, training needs analysis, performance management systems, and employee development programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Organizational Development (OD) initiatives and career frameworks.

- Develop competency mapping, job architecture, and standardized job descriptions.

- Manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including KPI/KRA setting, appraisal cycles, and performance improvement.

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and execute Learning & Development (L&D;) programs.





- Manage the complete training lifecycle, including learning interventions and training effectiveness.

- Drive talent development, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.

- Collaborate with business leaders to strengthen talent management and succession planning.

Requirements

- Experience in Engineering, Infrastructure, Steel, Heavy Machinery Manufacturing, or Retail Manufacturing industries is preferred.
