Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented Tele Marketing cum Test Administrator to support our overseas education counselling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, managing follow-ups, coordinating assessments/tests, and ensuring a smooth experience for students throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through calls and follow up on enquiries to generate engagement and conversions.
- Provide basic information about overseas education services, programs, and counselling processes.
- Schedule and coordinate student assessments/tests and ensure smooth test administration.
- Manage test registrations, attendance, documentation, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with counsellors and internal teams for student requirements and follow-ups.
- Assist in promotional activities, student engagement initiatives, and lead management.
- Maintain regular communication with students and provide timely updates regarding tests and counselling sessions.

- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage records and schedules.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
