Hack Daily is looking for a **Telecaller & CRM Executive** to join our growing team and help us build exceptional customer relationships.

**Location:** Gurgaon (Work from Office)
**Salary:** 25,000 30,000 per month
**Joining:** Immediate

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
* Follow up with leads, customers, and existing users
* Manage customer data and interactions through the CRM system
* Resolve customer queries related to orders, products, deliveries, and payments
* Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
* Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
* Support customer retention, repeat purchases, and feedback collection

**Requirements:**





0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or CRM (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply)
Robust communication skills in English & Hindi
Comfortable handling customer calls and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel is a plus
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
