Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents using Google Vertex AI. You will turn retail requirements into functional agent workflows, leveraging rapid prototyping ("vibe coding") and LLM orchestration to scale solutions across Sephoras digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Agent Development: Design, train, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Google Vertex AI.
- Rapid Prototyping: Use modern "vibe coding" approaches to quickly prototype, iterate, and validate AI agent concepts.
- LLM Orchestration: Handle prompt engineering, tool calling, RAG, and framework integration to optimize agent performance.
- Business Translation: Convert retail, e-commerce,



and product discovery needs into functional tech workflows.
- Scale & Collaborate: Partner cross-functionally to integrate and scale AI solutions across Sephoras ecosystem securely and efficiently

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of software/ML engineering experience (with a solid focus on GenAI/LLMs).
- Deep hands-on experience with Google Vertex AI (Agent Builder, Gemini APIs, Vector Search).
- Solid background in LLM integration, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.).
- Demonstrated speed in rapid prototyping and iterative development.
- Proficient in Python and cloud-native architecture (GCP).
- Prior experience in Retail, E-Commerce Domain.
