Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce nCino Developer to design, develop, customize, and support nCino Bank Operating System (BOS) solutions built on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should possess solid Salesforce development expertise along with hands-on experience in nCino implementations for commercial lending, retail banking, loan origination, account opening, and financial services processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using the nCino platform and Salesforce.
- Configure and customize nCino modules to meet business requirements.
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Configure and maintain:
- Commercial Loan Origination
- Retail Loan Origination




- Deposit Account Opening
- Treasury Management
- Customer Onboarding
- Credit Analysis
- Document Management

- Build and support integrations with external banking and third-party systems.
- Customize nCino workflows, approval processes, and business rules.
- Perform data migration, data mapping, and system enhancements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for banking operations.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce and nCino best practices.
