Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carrying out direct sales to achieve sales targets for available units within the development.
- Initiate calls to customers basis leads received.
- Showcase presentation to clients as per company standards.
- Negotiations and closing discussions with clients.
- Ability to drive and gain customer confidence on value proposition of the product.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing.
- Submit daily reports of leads.
- Develop sales pitches.
- Identify, engage, and manage a network of channel partners, as required by management.
Experience:
1. Should have at least 3 years of experience as a Sr. Sales Executive or an Asst. Manager with at least 1 year experience.
2.Should have the ability to lead conversation, conduct site visits and discussions independently
