Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the HR Shared Services team to deliver high-quality employee life cycle services, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop strategies to improve processes and efficiency.
- Design and implement process improvements using tools like Workday HCM to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all aspects of HR operations.
Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in Employee Life Cycle Management (Recruitment-Onboarding-Performance Management).
- Solid understanding of HRIS systems such as Workday or similar platforms.
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve operational excellence through process improvement initiatives.
