Looking For,

Job Title: RCM Associate / Executive Payment Posting & Correspondence.

Experience Required: 1+ Years in US Healthcare RCM (Freshers with completed RCM training are welcome!)

Location / Shift: Flexible to work in any shift (including Night Shifts) & weekend/overtime support as needed

Key Responsibilities

- Payment Posting & Entry: Accurately post patient/insurance payments, adjustments, and account notes into the EHR system.
- Correspondence Analysis: Review and analyze EOBs, denial letters, payer communications, refund notifications, and recoupments to determine correct actions.
- Account Maintenance: Document claim status updates, authorizations, and insurance decisions in accordance with client and HIPAA guidelines.
- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate discrepancies, incomplete information, or billing inconsistencies.
- Performance: Consistently meet productivity,



quality, and turnaround-time expectations.
- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Core RCM Skills: Strong understanding of EOBs, CARC/RARC codes, adjustment codes, and CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS concepts.
- Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Commercial insurance plans.
- Technical & Soft Skills: Good typing speed, basic Excel proficiency, strong analytical abilities, and clear communication skills.
- Adaptability: Open to cross-training, learning new billing processes, and working independently in a fast-paced setting.Role & responsibilities
