Field Officer – Facility Management

Location: Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 3–7 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Recruit and hire Housekeeping Staff, Supervisors, Pickers, Packers, DEOs, Helpers, and other manpower.
- Ensure timely deployment of employees to client locations.
- Visit client sites and monitor daily operations.
- Handle attendance, discipline, and manpower replacements.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain daily recruitment and site reports.
- Achieve hiring targets within timelines.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management or Manpower Recruitment.
- Experience in bulk hiring of blue-collar manpower is mandatory.




- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Willing to travel within Kurnool and nearby areas.

Immediate Joiners Preferred. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
