Role: Kitchen Housekeeping Helper

Location: Zessa Kitchen, (Mumbai Central)

Experience Required: 1 - 2 years in kitchens, bakeries, or health-food brands (plant-based experience preferred).

Salary: 15k in hand

Work Time: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM & any one week off

Note: Shift can be extended for 1 or 2 hour as per requirement once in a week and employee will get overtime pay for the same.

Qualification: Minimum SSC

Zessa is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to assist in daily kitchen operations.

The candidate will support the chef and assistant chef in basic kitchen tasks, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning/Rinse Bakery Trays, Utensils, and Kitchen Equipment.





Maintain cleanliness of kitchen counters, shelves, and storage areas.

Assist chef in basic food preparation tasks when required.

Keep workstations clean and organized.

Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards.

Help with receiving and storing kitchen supplies.

Help into packaging the final products.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in housekeeping/packaging/kitchen helper.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting.

Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety.
