We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations and drive service excellence across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations

✔ Lead and mentor housekeeping supervisors and field teams

✔ Plan manpower deployment and workforce scheduling

✔ Conduct site inspections and quality audits

✔ Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards

✔ Handle customer escalations and maintain service quality

✔ Monitor productivity, attendance, and operational KPIs

✔ Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation





✔ Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Housekeeping, Facility Management, or Hospitality Operations

Proven experience managing housekeeping teams

Robust leadership, operational planning, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, SOPs, and quality standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting

Malayalam is mandatory

Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory

Four-wheeler driving licence and driving skill is preferred
