Job Summary

We are seeking meticulous and reliable Housekeeping Attendants to join our team in our Resort. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming guest rooms, changing linens, restocking amenities, and responding promptly to guest requests or complaints.

Housekeeping

Attendants play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the resort. Responsibilities

- Clean guest rooms

- Dusting all surfaces, including furniture, lamps, tabletops, sofas and curtains

- Scrubbing and mopping floors using cleaning solutions

- Vacuuming carpets, upholstered furniture and curtains

- Emptying trash and placing recent liners in the bin

- Wiping and sanitising electrical wires,



gadgets and other electric equipment such as TV and remotes

- Cleaning washrooms using antibacterial bathroom cleaners, scrubbing tiles or marbles with cleaning agents and cleaning the taps, ensuring not to leave any water stains

- Cleaning mirrors, glass surfaces and windows using cleaning solutions to ensure they are shiny and spotless

Other Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of the Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Lobby, Banquet Hall, Community Centre, Admin Office, Staff rooms, other common areas, etc

- Respond to guests requests

- Maintain inventory of essentials: Guest room supplies, Cleaning supplies

Qualifications

- Experience of 2-plus years in Resort & Hotel House-Keeping
