Role Description The Housekeeping Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based at Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow.

The Housekeeping

Associate is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to high cleanliness and hygiene standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities. This role involves preparing rooms for guest arrival, ensuring linen and towels are fresh and properly stocked, and reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate team members.

The Housekeeping

Associate interacts courteously with guests,



responds to housekeeping requests, and supports laundry operations as needed. The role also includes following brand standards, adhering to health and safety protocols, and collaborating with the wider hotel team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications Candidates should possess robust cleaning skills, including handling, sorting, and basic care of linens and guest garments.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to guest requests politely and professionally.

Candidates should possess Organization Skills to manage cleaning tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain supply areas.

Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks, including standing, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies during shifts.

Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel operations is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Basic literacy and numeracy skills to follow instructions, complete checklists, and report room status accurately.
