Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hotels role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role involves greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and handling receptionist duties at the front desk.

Daily tasks include managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and food & beverage teams, and ensuring timely resolution of guest requests and concerns. The role also supports basic administrative tasks, maintains accurate records, and helps uphold hotel standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.



Team members are expected to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess Reservations and Receptionist Duties skills to handle bookings, check-in/check-out, and front desk operations.
- Candidates should possess Food & Beverage service awareness to coordinate with dining teams and support guest needs related to meals and refreshments.
- Candidates should demonstrate basic computer proficiency, including use of reservation or property management systems.
- Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality or front-office roles is preferred, but motivated candidates with relevant customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certification in hospitality management is an advantage.
