Salary- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Location- As per Client Requirement

Employment Type- Full-Time

Working Days- 6 Days a Week

Responsibilities-

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the boys' hostel.

- Ensure student safety, discipline,



and overall well-being.

- Maintain hostel attendance, records, and daily reports.

- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel facilities.

- Handle student concerns, emergencies, and disciplinary matters.

- Coordinate with school management, parents, and support staff.

- Enforce hostel rules and institutional policies.

- Create a safe, positive, and disciplined residential workplace for students.

Requirements-

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Hostel Warden or similar role.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to handle students with patience, responsibility, and professionalism.

- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.
