HMC Programmer / VMC Programmer

Openings: 1

Location: Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on knowledge, skills, and performance)

Freshers selected for training will receive a ₹10,000/month stipend during the training period.

Overtime available.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

6-day working week

Eligibility

Freshers are welcome to apply.

0–6 months of experience preferred.

Diploma, ITI, BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing or related fields) can apply.

Immediate joining preferred.

Machine & Programming

You will primarily work on:

Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC)

Vertical Machining Centers (VMC)

Programming methods

Mastercam

Manual G-Code Programming

Experience with other CAM software is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Develop and optimize CNC programs for HMC/VMC machining.

Plan machining processes, tooling,



and fixtures for efficient production.

Improve cycle time while maintaining quality and machining accuracy.

Support machine setup, first-piece approval, and production troubleshooting.

Collaborate with operators and the production team to achieve productivity goals, quality standards, and continuous process improvement.

Required Technical Skills

Candidates should have knowledge of:

Engineering drawing interpretation

GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

Dimensional tolerances

Fixture planning

Process optimization

Cycle time reduction

Knowledge of CNC machining fundamentals, cutting tools, and machining strategies will be considered an advantage.
