As a Custom Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering tailored software solutions that enhance critical system components within the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC environment. Responsibilities:

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and lead technical decision-making for the team.

- Collaborate with and guide multiple teams to drive alignment on key technical and project decisions.

- Deliver innovative, scalable solutions to complex technical challenges across teams and systems.





- Lead the adoption and enforcement of industry best practices to improve software quality and accelerate delivery.

- Mentor and support the professional development of junior engineers through hands-on guidance and knowledge sharing.

- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure cohesive project execution and strategic alignment.

Requirements

- Proven expertise in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurable Network Computing (CNC).

- 10-15 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 7.5 years specifically in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC.

- Robust understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience with agile methodologies.

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance software components using modern frameworks.

- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a track record of resolving complex issues in enterprise-level applications.

- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.

- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.

- Willingness to work onsite at the Mumbai office.
