Responsibilities

Review medical charts and documentation to assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.

Maintain compliance with payer policies, federal guidelines, and HIPAA requirements.

Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams to verify coding accuracy and resolve documentation queries.

Address coding-related denials and audit requests to support smooth claim processing.

Stay current with industry updates, regulatory changes, and coding standards.





Support revenue cycle improvement initiatives to enhance reimbursement and reduce claim issues.
