About the Role

Trianz is looking for a passionate Golang Developer to join our Product Engineering team and contribute to the development of Concierto, our AI-driven cloud management and AIOps platform. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices that power cloud operations for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications and APIs using Golang.
- Build and enhance scalable,



highly available microservices architectures.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and gRPC services for platform integrations.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Frontend Engineers, DevOps, and QA teams.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth2, JWT, and industry best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
- Develop unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams.
- Implement observability using logging, monitoring, metrics, and distributed tracing solutions.
- Actively participate in Agile development processes and sprint ceremonies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Golang Development

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Golang (Go) development.
- Strong understanding of Go concurrency concepts including goroutines, channels, and synchronization primitives.
- Experience building REST APIs and gRPC-based applications.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Databases & Messaging

- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Knowledge of NoSQL technologies including MongoDB,



Redis, or BoltDB.
- Experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS.
- Strong understanding of event-driven application design.

Cloud & Containerization

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of cloud services, IAM, storage, and compute resources.

DevOps & Observability

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Strong knowledge of Git and branching strategies.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Familiarity with structured logging and distributed tracing frameworks.

Preferred Skills

- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
- Event-driven architecture, CQRS, and Event Sourcing patterns.
- Go performance tuning, profiling, and benchmarking tools.
- Service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.
- Multi-tenant SaaS or Managed Services Platform experience.
- Strong understanding of security practices including OAuth2, JWT, TLS, and secrets management.
