Role title: Business Skills Faculty for TCS
Role description:
The Business Skills Faculty is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning interventions for early career and professional talent. The role focuses on classroom facilitation, behavioural coaching, assessments, learner engagement, and batch ownership, ensuring consistent delivery quality across ILP and other related programs.
Key responsibilities would include:
1. Learning Delivery and facilitation
a. Deliver in-person and virtual Business Skills sessions aligned to ILP curriculum and learning objectives
b. Facilitate structured learning formats including ILT, VILT, blended learning, LAP sessions, remedial connects, and overseas sessions (as applicable)
c. Ensure trainees receive comprehensive grooming that goes beyond communication and behavioural skills, encompassing overall readiness and professionalism required for successful project deployment
d. Conduct learner evaluation / engagement activities such as CCRs (Cross Center Review), demos, FDPs, and business skill webinars
2. Coaching, Mentoring & Learner Support
a. Provide LAP coaching and remedial interventions to support learner performance and skill improvement
b. Conduct one-on-one and group mentoring sessions
c. Support learners through behavioral coaching, communication enhancement, and skilled grooming
3. Assessment and Evaluation
a. Proctor and manage Business Skills assessments
b. Participate in assessment planning, execution, and evaluation
c. Support CCR processes and learner performance reviews

Batch Ownership & Program Operations
a. Own end-to-end batch responsibilities including:
i. Batch planning and scheduling
ii. Communication with learners and stakeholders
iii. Maintaining batch trackers and compliance records
iv. iEvolve offering creation, updates, and closures
b. Conduct grooming checks, floor walks, and learner connects
5. Content Support & Continuous Improvement
a. Contribute to content delivery, content revisions, and content creation, as required
b. Participate in internal meetings, planning sessions, and cross-location coordination
6. Innovation
a. Defines new ideas, activities and methods to enhance learning content & experience for ILP associates
