Open Positions: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Ahmedabad - Bodakdev

Experience: 1 + Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
- Handle pre-qualified inbound leads (No cold calling!)
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients
- Understand client needs and recommend best-fit property options
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers & clients
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and generate sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Legal, Operations) for a seamless experience




- Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Sales Manager)

- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Handle high-value deals & premium clients
- Support sales strategy, forecasting, and expansion plans
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality & conversions

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in Real Estate / BFSI / Insurance / Luxury Sales
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Highly self-driven and result-oriented
- Knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
- Must own a 2-wheeler / 4-wheeler for site visits
