Role & responsibilities

1. Material Planning:

- Plan RM & PM requirements based on production schedules and

forecasts.
1. Material Shortage Management:

- Monitor and identify shortages in RM & PM inventory.
- Take corrective actions to avoid production downtime due to material

unavailability.
1. Supplier Coordination & Quotation Management:

- Float enquiries and collect quotations from approved suppliers.
- Prepare and analyze quotation comparison sheets for price, quality, and

lead time evaluation.
1. Purchase Order (PO) Management:

- Prepare and issue POs as per approved procurement plan.
- Ensure accuracy in PO details including quantity, pricing, and delivery

schedule.
- Track PO status and ensure on-time delivery.

1. Inventory Monitoring:





- Regularly monitor RM & PM inventory levels to maintain adequate stock.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for material receipts and stock

updates.
1. Vendor Follow-up & Logistics Coordination:

- Follow up with vendors for timely dispatches and delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth material movement

and receipt.
1. Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain accurate procurement records including supplier quotations,

POs, and delivery details.
